ConnecTyler will enrich our Tyler area community by helping people, interest groups and organizations connect locally, nationally and globally through the use of information and communication technologies. Purpose:  To provide all local citizens with electronic access to community information and resources      Objectives:  Serve as a focal point for creating a high-speed community network, serving public schools, area colleges, city and county governments and non-profit agencies Provide a community web site with a strong emphasis on local content Provide computers and training to access and use information
